I plan to get to a CA permission of the property. I have never worked in real estate. I live in Silicon Valley (Bay Area) in California. Looking for a way to inexpensive and quick to obtain a permit. I prefer to take classes real (instead? Classes online). Please tell that in the area of San Jose is giving these classes for cheap and when. I have time in June and July to take classes. I want to have my permission independent, so I can decide who to work after they get permission.
